Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Justin was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Hunter. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
