Alex was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: He is a Engraver first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When Thomas reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He bought a spear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
