History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in the south to a Barber, Anselm learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: He was born in the south. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
