Description: This man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
