History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Hunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a unemployed again

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He takes great joy in being the best Dyer in town.

History: The child of a Painter, who enjoyed hunting, Gilbert was taken on many hunting expeditions. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He struck the Dyer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Painter again; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his religion dominates his actions
