A freak accident while working with his Ruler mother left him crippled. He has achieved small success as a Glassblower.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. A true patriot, Chad would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Frederick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Frederick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
