Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. After coming to the age of reason, Trym took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to end his boredom
