History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by orcs. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered orcs who tried to eat his hand. He struck the Assassin job and began his own company from there.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He worked as a nervous Fisher and found it very stressful. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Chad's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Chad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Theobald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
