Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Dean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Dean's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
