History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Glassblower father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A true patriot, Theodoric would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Theodoric alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: This man is very fat, and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He wears his brown hair down. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Description: A 5'5" northern man, he wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
