History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to be a cartwright again

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
