Personal [hide]
Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his quarterstaff with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is short and golden. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Lance took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. Description: This man prefers to wear flannel, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to get a good night's sleep
