History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
