Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Justin embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Animal Trainer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Animal Trainer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Spice Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Barrister; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Lance abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and expand his business
