Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: William was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
