Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and he perpetually has his ceremonial dagger ready. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: Standing 5'7", this man is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and black handkerchief worn on his left side. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and many orcs want him driven away

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Tim isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
