Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Balimaar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Carter. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Theobald was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Carter. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great joy in being the best Spy in town.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and expand his business
