History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Standing 5'7", this man wears bulky grey painted plate armor. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

He carries with him a set of clubs on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his music dream.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
