History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
