Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Gunter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Nicholas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Ralf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Adventurer job and began his own company from there.
