History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: John was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sage. After a long history of fighting, John and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Druid school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Odo was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
