History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Sailor father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Glassblower mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and expand his business

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Animal Trainer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Animal Trainer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Animal Trainer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
