Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He takes great joy in being the best Barkeep in town.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult; and to clean up the streets

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His first spouse was a Body Guard, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
