History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Miles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents enrolled him in a Barbarian school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Interpreter born in the past three hundred years. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Interpreter for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Interpreter responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He takes great joy in being the best Apothecary in town.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He struck the Apothecary job and began his own company from there.
