Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for him, and Manfred does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the north to a Barrister, Manfred learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When Manfred reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barrister for hire.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Chad was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A 6'1" northern man, he wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His first spouse was a Navigator, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Gerard was born the youngest of three triplets. Gerard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and doesn't want to be a baker and was forced into it by his family
