He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Courier father left him crippled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.
