Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but he was a colossal failure. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new roofer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Conrad abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
