History: Born to a Roofer, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving John alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Adelard was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Laborer. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Patrick was taken on many hunting expeditions. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Patrick's homeland. Patrick decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
