Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. Ralf is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He wears baggy white pantaloons and a brown scarf, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Henry grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A freak accident while working with his Adventurer father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love
