Personality: Alex speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Charles was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Locksmith. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: Ernest is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a great chef.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and he loathes his own lifestyle

His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Anselm will drive conversation. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Anselm was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Anselm and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
