Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Ralf was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dyer. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a white cloak and cross-gartered yellow stockings. His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears bulky black painted plate armor. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born in the south to a Mason, Don learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Don and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and someone believes him a fraud
