History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
