History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Peter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jocelyn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He got into the Gardener business at a young age. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and balancing his hectic life and new gardener responsibilities is difficult

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
