History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Kody alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
