Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
