In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Raymond and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a Blacksmith, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
