Description: A middle-aged man, he has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe, and is pretty ugly. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Brewer who has hired him part-time. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Map Maker profession.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Brewer. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Alex was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bather. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
