History: Nicholas was born the youngest of three triplets. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Richard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
