History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he wants revenge against brigands

Description: This late middle aged man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat and is in decent physical shape. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kyle grew up listening to his father's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Spice Merchant. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Expand his business.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barrister. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
