Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'1". He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and his gloved hand is found clutching a quarterstaff. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Fletcher like his mother before him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull white iron scale mail. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
