Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sellsword profession.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair is cut close to his head. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Clerebold's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born to a Sailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Now he works as a painting tutor during his time off.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Gomory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gomory's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears tattered old clothes. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Norman took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
