Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When John reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Randal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Randal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Hunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
