Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a simple pastel robe with grey stripes complete with hood. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Detective.

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Balimaar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sage who has hired him part-time. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He's in love; and doesn't want to be a sage and was forced into it by his family
