Personality: Simon is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born to a Laborer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
