History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has worked as a Fisher like his father before him.

History: Reynard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Ernest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Hunter for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Hunter responsibilities is difficult; and revenge
