Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his white hair down. His eyes are likewise gray. Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Chad was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has achieved small success as a Engraver.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He found a children's book about a Human Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

History: Gilbert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gilbert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gilbert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he's in love
