History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
