History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his father struggled to pay the bills. He worked as a nervous Servant and found it very stressful. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and doesn't want to be a servant and was forced into it by his family

History: Gifted from a young age, Bernard studied abroad. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ploughman. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Ploughman and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Patrick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor
