History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. After coming to the age of reason, Anselm took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Gunter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gunter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Glassblower job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it
