Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born in a small island village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Kyle took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. His hair is silver and curly. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Cook profession.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and wants to work out more often

Description: This malnourished man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Aldous was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He has a missing left arm. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Reynard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
